How to Book

Check Availability

Please first check that your chosen narrowboat is available for your desired dates by either checking the availability calendar (which is found on each boat page) or telephoning us on 07572 664949 to discuss your requirements. We are available to talk to you 7 days a week. We will always try to fulfil our customers' holiday requirements.

Alternatively, you can fill in the Check Availability Now form below with your party size and preferred dates and we will get back in touch with you straight away.

Please note we do not do day hire.

How to Book

Terms & Conditions

Check that you are happy with our Terms and Conditions by giving them a quick read. If due to Covid-19 your holiday cannot go ahead as planned, we will either transfer it to a later date (at no extra cost to you) or refund you in full.

Deposit

To secure your booking we require a completed Booking Hire Agreement, a 25% deposit or full payment if the hire is within 6 weeks of the booking date. Please download and print a copy of our Hire Form, complete it and send either by email or post with a cheque or confirmation of a bank transfer.

Confirmation

We will acknowledge your completed booking form by return and advise you on the final balance amount and due date (if applicable). It is only when we have acknowledged the booking that your hire is confirmed.

Information Pack

About 6 weeks before your hire date we will send you all the information you will need to enjoy your holiday - guidance notes, maps, details of the Boaters Handbook etc.
